Refund policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Certain categories of goods are exempt from returns, including intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that are not eligible for return: — Gift cards — Downloadable software

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

In specific situations, only partial refunds may be granted: — Items returned not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts (for reasons not attributable to our handling) — Items returned more than 60 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the item and the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend the following:

  1. Check your bank account once more.
  2. Contact your credit card company — some institutions require additional processing time before refunds are officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as similar delays may apply.

SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Only items sold at full retail price are eligible for a refund. Sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or arrive damaged. For exchange requests on the same item, please contact us at info@north444.com.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be issued and sent to you.

If the order was not marked as a gift, or if the original purchaser had the item shipped to themselves to deliver in person, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

For returns valued above $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items in transit.
